1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service apply whenever you browse sentia.com.ng, place an order, or otherwise use Sentia's services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Sentia is operated by Sententia Nig Ltd, based in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
2. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices shown on the site are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice, though the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Occasionally an item may sell out between the time you order and the time we pack it — if that happens, we will contact you on WhatsApp to agree a substitute, adjust your order, or refund the affected item.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Sentia does not see or store your card details. You may also choose to arrange payment directly via WhatsApp for certain orders, at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Ilorin (for orders placed before the daily cutoff shown on our Delivery Zones page) and nationwide delivery in 2–5 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — factors like weather, traffic, and location can affect delivery time. You're welcome to choose in-store pickup at checkout instead.
5. Our Weight Guarantee
Every Sentia product is weighed and sealed before it leaves us. If any Sentia-branded product weighs less than what's stated on the label, we will pay you double your money back for that item — see our Weight Guarantee page for full details. If you're unhappy with any part of your order for another reason, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
- Be available to receive your delivery, or clearly arrange an alternative with us in advance.
- Use the site and our ordering channels honestly and not for fraudulent purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to get every order right, but Sentia's liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order — replacement, credit, or refund, as described in our Weight Guarantee. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from a delayed or incorrect delivery.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services grow. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use Sentia after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
